The time has come for Nordskogen’s Armored Championship to pass to another. Our current champion, THL Skio, invites all who would compete for the championship to gather on Tuesday, August 31st, during our regular practice time outdoors at Brackett Park, 2728 39th Ave. S., in Minneapolis. Gear up or set up your chairs at 6:00; the tourney starts at 6:30 pm. The tournament will be a magic points tournament. Each round fighters will compete against opponents with similar point scores, which are accumulated from their wins and losses from previous rounds. All legal weapon styles are permitted. There is plenty of space for spectators. Please bring a chair and come cheer our fighters on. Garb is welcome but optional. Until Sept. 1, masks are not required for outdoor activities IF you are fully vaccinated (vaccination + 2 weeks).
